Skiing region Alta Valle Isarco

From our Lener Tavern Restaurant and Hotel the most beautiful skiing regions of the Alta Valle Isarco are only a short comfortable distance away.

On Campo Cavallo, Vipiteno’s local mountain, and in Ladurns a ski pass gives you access to 30 km of red, blue and black pistes. Sunny pistes, short waiting times and impressive views make the whole family’s skiing hearts beat faster.

In Racines-Giovo cable cars take you up to 2150 m. Up here, not only is the air thinner but the panoramic views are more magnificent. 25 km of pistes of all kinds offer fun in the snow.

Plose, the local mountain of Bressanone with approx. 40 km of pistes and a stunning 360° round view of the Dolomites is only 30 minutes away. The Plose benefits from one of the largest downhill runs in South Tyrol - the Trametsch is over 9 km long!

At the entrance to Val Pusteria in Gitschberg/Jochtal you weave your way down over 50 km of pistes. The connecting cable car between the two mountains is a special experience: At its highest point the Gaisjoch cable car hangs 95 m above ground level. Brave users choose the cabin with the glass floor.

A highlight of your skiing holiday with us could also be Plan de Corones: From the nearby Campo di Trens railway station take the train to Perca near Brunico. The revolving cable car up Plan de Corones with 120 km of pistes starts directly at the railway station. A special experience is Sella Ronda, a circular ski tour of the Sella group on skis.

Would you like to ski down a glacier? Austria’s largest glacier skiing area, the Stubai glacier with over 100 km of pistes, is only an hour long car journey away.
