• Best price guarantee! Book direct on our website and secure the best price. If you find a better offer for the same reservation on another site, please send us a screenshot and you will receive a further 5% discount off this better price if you book with us directly.

• Best child discounts:  If you book directly, the price will be tailored exactly to the age(s) of your child(ren). There is an 80% discount for children sleeping in an extra bed in their parents’ room. You will only pay €9.00/night for children up to 1 year of age. 
• Flexible cancellation terms: We offer very flexible cancellation terms for direct reservations. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before your intended travel date.
  You only pay a reservation deposit of between 50 and 100 euros (only 10 euros until November 2021 due to coronavirus-related uncertainty) and you do not need to provide us with your credit card details.
• Travel cancellation insurance for only 5 euros/room/night
  On request we will also take out travel cancellation insurance for you. When you make your reservation you only need to pay the travel cancellation insurance premium and need not pay any additional deposit.  This will give you financial protection and you can cancel your booking at any time if you have strong grounds to do so. The cost of the insurance is only 5 euros per room per night.
