• high quality bread varieties from Walcher, the village bakery
• brioche and various homemade cakes and sweet treats
• fresh fruit salad and vitamin-rich fruits of the season
• various different mueslis, cornflakes, dried fruit and organic grains
• regional butter, quark spread, plain and fruit yoghurts from the Sterzing dairy
• a variety of jams and fruit spreads from the Marginterhof, low-calorie marmalades, honey, a selection of spreads
• fine ham, sausages and South Tyrolean speck bacon
• local varieties of cheese from our cheese dome
• coffee, milk, various quality teas, cocoa, orange juice and local naturally cloudy apple juice from the Schwarzielhof
• Daily fresh free-range eggs from the Marginterhof and scrambled eggs prepared from them are included in the price.

We also have a special menu for children. On request, you can have vegetarian, lactose- or gluten-free meals. This is what we call pure half-board.
